The release time depends on your card-issuing bank. Most banks release funds within 7  business days.

No. When you book, we only place a temporary hold (Pre-Authorization) on your card. Your card is charged only after the provider confirms your booking.

Choose your tour and fill out the booking form.                         

Enter your payment card details (temporary hold only).

We confirm availability with the provider (within 3 hours).

If confirmed → Your card is charged, and we send your Booking Confirmation.

If not confirmed → Your booking is cancelled, and the hold is released.

Only when you receive our Booking Confirmation. A card hold does not mean your booking is confirmed.

Yes. If booking less than 24 hours before the tour, Availability is not guaranteed.

Customer Cancellations Once confirmed and charged, bookings are non-refundable.

Date Changes More than 3 days before the tour → Change date for free (subject to availability).

No. Pre-Authorization works only with credit/debit cards. If you prefer another payment method, please contact us directly for assistance.

Yes. Basic accident insurance from AXA is included during the activity. You must notify us at least 7 business days before the tour to be covered.

We are not liable for provider actions, other participants, or events beyond our control. Insurance coverage limits apply.

I just tried the Salak Khok Thai Gondola Cruise through Peyton & Charmed and honestly, it was such a vibe! Sitting on the wooden gondola, slowly drifting through the mangrove forest… so quiet, so peaceful, it really felt like recharging my soul. The package covered everything, including transfers and insurance, so I didn’t have to worry about any logistics. All in all, it’s only about 40 minutes, but it gave me this rare feeling of true calm , like hitting the reset button in the middle of the day.
