⏱ Duration: Approximately 1–1.5 hours per round (the exact time depends on the number of participants, their age, and physical ability).
👫 Participant Requirements:
- Minimum height: 140 cm
- Minimum age: 10 years old
- Maximum weight: 100 kg
- Waist size: up to 45 inches
Participants who meet these requirements can join the activities.
❌ People Who Are Not Eligible to Participate:
- Those with a fear of heights, epilepsy, or high blood pressure
- Individuals who have undergone major surgery
- Pregnant women
- Height below 140 cm
- Under 10 years old
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by at least one participating parent/guardian per group
- Waist size over 45 inches
- Weight over 100 kg
