Please be ready at your pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Exact timing may vary slightly depending on traffic and ferry conditions.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off within 5 km (Pattaya):
Transfer service fee is THB 50 per person.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off within 5–10 km (Pattaya):
Transfer service fee is THB 100 per person.
When traveling, passengers must comply with the following conditions:
1. Each passenger is allowed to carry 2 pieces of luggage, with a total weight not exceeding 20 kilograms.
• 1 large suitcase, no more than 70 centimeters in size
• 1 handbag
2. If bags or other luggage exceed the weight limit stated above, the company will charge an additional baggage fee of 200 Baht.
3. Pets are not allowed on the trip, in compliance with the regulations of the Department of Land Transport Act.
4. Passengers must check in at the counter at least 15 minutes before departure time.
If passengers fail to arrive at the designated time, the original ticket cannot be used for travel.
